چکیده
Abstract The present review deals with the current scientific knowledge related ski jump landing. A specific focus is given on landing biomechanics, methods utilized for its analysis and injuries connected to phase. Despite demonstrated importance safety performance of jumpers, preparation are rarely investigated. In this paper, after having firstly described execution reason why important analyze it, an overview status research biomechanics reported (kinetics, kinematics, electromyographic activation, aerodynamics, computer simulation). third part describes technologies in literature (video cameras, inertial sensors, force insoles, wind tunnel After that, reported. final section proposes future field different fields, such as simulations, kinematic analysis, equipment development female athletes.

Frequency of injuries, in particular dental injuries, in ski jumping and Nordic combined.
This study investigates the frequency of injuries, in particular dental injuries, among ski jumpers and Nordic combined athletes. It also examines the level of knowledge regarding tooth protection and tooth rescue boxes in this population. Of the 465 sportswomen and sportsmen who took part in the study, 230 (62.5%) of the 368 ski jumpers and 56 (56.5%) of the 97 Nordic combined athletes had sus...

The Olympian ideal of going faster, jumping further and leaping higher than the opposition is central to competitive sports. Winning or losing in sport is related to a number of factors, and biomechanics, anthropometrics, and aerodynamics play a major role in many sports. This lecture focuses on ski jumping. Performance in ski jumping is determined not only by the motor abilities of the athlete...
متن کاملThe Effects of Single versus Repeated Plyometrics on Landing Biomechanics and Jumping Performance in Men
The aim of this study was to examine the chronic effects of single and repeated jumps training on vertical landing force (VGRF) and jump height in untrained men. The VGRF and jump height were compared after a six-week plyometric training programme containing single and repeated jumps, together with two additional parameters: landing time (LT) and range of the knee flexion during landing (KF). T...
متن کاملThe Biomechanics of Jumping
The main task for any level of coach is to construct a training program that will ensure continual progression of an athlete whilst avoiding injury. This is a particularly challenging task with athletes who have had several training years behind them. According to the principles of training, to ensure adaptation, overload in the form of manipulating frequency, volume and intensity must be appli...
